Innovation is essential in order to stay competitive in today's business environment. Companies must continuously strive to develop new products, services, and processes in order to stay ahead of the competition and remain profitable. Without innovation, companies are likely to become stagnant and eventually fail. Therefore, the mantra “Innovate or Die” is a reminder that companies must continuously innovate in order to survive.

Whatever kind of innovation you want to integrate, whether it is based on technology or a market demand, has its foundation in an idea, and it is people who develop, carry, react to and modify ideas.

It is extremely important to know who the most innovative people in your organization are and how YOU as a manager, can augment individual ability to collective success.

Jef Vandenberghe, Managing Partner of INNDUCE.me, took a deep dive in reports and academic papers on the human side of innovation. He will share more information about the three basic ingredients for achieving Innovation Excellence:
